•As noted in the technical requirements, Citrix Workspace allows you to easily and securely access your EventPro application.
oNOTE: Citrix Workplace has replaced Citrix Receiver, the application previously used to access EventPro Cloud. Workspace has the same functionality as Receiver, but with more capabilities. Workspace is backward compatible with all Citrix solutions. If you already have Citrix Receiver installed, you can simply Upgrade Receiver to Workspace.
•There is also an option to run the "Light Version" of Citrix in a browser, although this does not allow access to local drives or local printers. This is explained in more detail under Citrix Options.
