Under the Travel Types tab, start a New record.
The Setup Travel Type edit form appears.
1.Item Code: Enter the name of the Travel Type.
2.Available Online: Select the Available Online checkbox if you want this travel type to be visible online. This field is relevant to the EPConnect Suite, a collection of separately available modules. If you have not purchased the relevant module, you will not see the related tabs and screens.
3.Travel Classes: In the Travel Classes selection grid, you can define the different classes or fare levels that apply within the Travel Type you are creating.
a.Start a New record in the Travel Classes selection grid.
b.The Setup Travel Class edit form appears.
c.Enter the name of the Travel Class in the Item Code field.
d.Select the Available Online checkbox if you want this travel class to be visible online.
e.Click Save and Close to return to the Travel Class grid of the Setup Travel Type edit form.
f.Continue adding as many Travel Classes as you require for this Setup Travel Type.
When you are done entering information for the Setup Travel Type, click Save and Close.
