•How does it work? Here is a quick overview:
oFrom EventPro, you send a DocuSign communication with a Report Attachment or Letter Attachment that contains specialized DocuSign fields.
oThe recipient receives an email containing a link to review the document in DocuSign.
oThe Review Document link opens an internet browser, where the recipient can review and sign the document in DocuSign's interface.
oAfter the recipient completes the signing process in DocuSign, the document's status in EventPro is updated to "Completed", indicating that it has been signed, and a PDF copy of the signed document is downloaded into EventPro.
•That is the basic process of sending and signing DocuSign documents, but there are more details and several additional options. For example...
oYou can include up to 6 recipients on a document to be signed. (If you want an electronic signature from your organization in the document, you will need to include your organization's representative as one of those recipients.)
oYou can choose whether you want to use a tiered approval system, where the document is routed to recipients in a particular order, or send the document to all recipients at the same time.
oYou can send multiple documents in one envelope.
oIf a document has not yet been signed, you can void it from EventPro.
oA recipient can choose to defer signing, decline to sign, or assign the signing responsibility to someone else.
