As noted above, Group Discounts allow you to reduce the charges of items in a given Financial Subgroup based on conditions that you specify.
These conditions can be related to:
•The Event Client:
oFor example, a 10% discount on rental charges for Non-Profit Groups.
•The combined totals of charges in one or more Financial Subgroup types:
oFor example, a 100% discount on bartending staff charges when Catering and Beverage charges exceed $3000.
NOTE: When a Group Discount is applied to an Event, individual items cannot have discount amounts applied manually.
