In order to create bookings and perform other activities online with EPConnect, ensure that the elements you want to view through EPConnect have been flagged as "Available Online".
Many of these items would have been set up when you first started using EventPro Software, but it's a good idea to check them before using EPConnect. If the record does not have the Available Online checkbox selected, you will not be able to see it online with EPConnect.
