•Under EventPro Setup > Communications > Communication Methods, you will define all of the different methods you use to communicate with clients, suppliers, and other associates, e.g. Phone, Letter, Fax, Email-In, Email-Sent, In Person, etc.
•Later, you can assign Communication Methods to the communications you send and receive, in order to more easily sort, group and filter them.
1.Start a New record under the Communication Methods tab.
2.The Setup Communication Method edit form appears.
3.Item Code: Enter the name of the Communication Method.
4.When you're done, click Save and Close.
Continue creating as many Setup Communication Methods as you think you will require.
