1.Under the Companies sub-tab, click the 
Link icon.
2.The Company Contact window opens.
3.Company: In the Company drop-down, which is populated by existing companies in your CRM, find and select the Company you want link to this Contact.
4.Position: Select the Contact's Position at this Company from the drop-down, which is populated by the records created in EventPro Setup > CRM > Company Positions.
5.Is Default Contact for Company: If this Contact is going to be the Default Contact for this Company, select this checkbox.
6.Save and Close the Company Contact edit form to return to the Contact edit form.
