As Event Exhibitors move through different stages – first contact, registration, payment, moving off a waiting list, etc. – you will probably want to change their Statuses so you can easily monitor their progress at a glance.
The Exhibitor Statuses from which you can choose would have been defined earlier in EventPro Setup. Review EventPro Setup > Exhibitors > Exhibitor Statuses.
There are a couple different ways of changing an Event Exhibitor's Status.
1.Multiple Exhibitors at Once:
a.View the Event's Exhibitors tab.
b.Holding down the Ctrl key, click to multi-select the Exhibitors you want to change. To select all Exhibitors in the grid, press Ctrl + A.
c.Using the Change Status drop-down just above the Exhibitors grid, select the Status you want to apply to the multi-selected Exhibitors.
2.One Exhibitor Individually:
a.In the Event's Exhibitors tab, double-click the exhibitor record you want to edit.
b.The Event Exhibitor edit form opens.
c.You can select the exhibitor's new status from the Change Status drop-down in the top command ribbon, or from the Status drop-down under the Status tab.
d.Click Save and Close to return to the Event Exhibitors selection grid.
