•The Communications tab will store any communications linked to this Lodging Group Booking.
•If you start a note or email from this Group Booking's Communications tab, you will observe that it is automatically linked to the Group Booking under the Linked To tab.
•Remember that you can also send and link Communications to specific, individual Room Bookings within the Group Booking. Review Room Booking Edit Form > Communications.
