1.In the Accommodation Group Booking edit form, you can add more details to the Group Booking, including Tasks, Communications, Notes, additional Room Bookings, etc.
It is important to note that the information you are adding here is related to the Group Booking as a whole. So, for example, the Tasks and Communications you add here are relevant to the entire Group Booking. In contrast, the individual Room Bookings contained within the Group Booking have their own Tasks and Communications tabs, where you create/store Tasks and Communications specific to those individual Room Bookings
2.You can open a Group Booking's edit form in a few different ways:
a.When you finish the Accommodation Group Booking Creation Wizard, the Accommodation Group Booking edit form for the completed booking will appear.
b.In the selection grid of the Lodging Group Bookings area or the Event > Lodging > Group Bookings tab, double-click the record of a group booking to open its edit form.
c.Also in the selection grid of the Group Bookings area or the Event > Lodging > Group Bookings tab, you can use the Show Detail View/Hide Detail View toggle button to have the screen display the selected record's detail editing view in the right-hand panel. You can edit information in the detail panel, just like in the edit form, and click the Save button in the ribbon above the selection grid to save your changes.
3.The information in the Accommodation Group Booking edit form, is divided up under different sections and tabs. Follow the links to review each section/tab.

h.Notes
Remember that the information you are adding here is related to the Group Booking as a whole.
4.When you are done editing the Group Booking, ensure that you Save your changes.
