•Open Word Processor: If you want to access the additional functionality of the Word Processor (e.g. inserting Merge Fields, Merge Reports, and Date/Time Fields; additional Font, Paragraph, and Styles commands; adjusting Page Layout; inserting Tables and Images; etc.), click the Word Processor button in the Notes/Comments tab ribbon.
•The Word Processor will open in a separate window. Continue working on your notes in the Word Processor, referring to more instructions under Common Procedures > Word Processor, if necessary.
•Make sure that you Save your changes before closing the Word Processor window.
