•The Properties panel is typically in the bottom right corner of the Report Designer, although you can float and dock this panel as you prefer.
•This panel displays properties for the element selected in the Report Explorer or design surface.
Click on the icons to access the different types of properties under each tab: Appearance, Behavior, Data, Miscellaneous, and Favorites.
•To search for a particular property, enter the search term in the "Enter text to search" field. Results will be displayed and highlighted.
•Click on a property to see its name and description displayed in the bottom section of the panel.
•You can add frequently used properties under the Favorites tab.
Right-click the Favorites tab icon (the star), and click Edit Favorite Property List.
The Favorite Properties Editor appears. Select the property or properties you want to add, and click OK.
