•Next Booking #: Enter the number you want EventPro begin with when assigning Event Booking Numbers. You can continue from your pre-EventPro booking number system, or if you want to start over, enter the number 1 (one).
•Auto Assign Contract #'s: If you want EventPro to auto-generate Contract Numbers for event bookings, select this checkbox. The related fields below (Next Contract #, Contract Prefix, and Contract # Length) will be activated.
Leave this checkbox unselected if you want to be able to manually enter Contract Numbers for Events.
•Next Contract #: If you selected the Auto Assign Contract #'s checkbox above, enter the starting number of the Contract numbering sequence.
•Contract Prefix: If you selected the Auto Assign Contract #'s checkbox above, enter a prefix that will be added to the beginning of each auto-generated Contract Number.
•Contract # Length: If you selected the Auto Assign Contract #'s checkbox above, enter the number of digits that EventPro will use for auto-generated Contract Numbers (not including the Prefix). Leading zeros will be added to lengthen the number to the correct size.
oFor example:
▪Contract #15 with the Prefix "C" and # Length = 5 would be C00015.
▪Contract #15 with the Prefix "CN" and # Length = 10 would be CN0000000015.
