•Next Opportunity #: Enter the number you want EventPro begin with when assigning Opportunity Numbers. You can continue from your pre-EventPro opportunity number system, or if you want to start over, enter the number 1 (one).
•Next Quote #: Enter the number you want EventPro begin with when assigning Quote Numbers.
•Quote Prefix: Enter a prefix that will be added to the beginning of each Quote Number, e.g. Q.
•Quote # Length: Enter the number of digits that EventPro will use for each Quote Number (not including the Prefix). Leading zeros will be added to lengthen the number to the correct size.
For example: Quote #101 with the Prefix "Q" and # Length = 5 would be Q00101.
