1.You can add any additional information you need for this Setup Item under the Notes and Setup Requirements tabs. The font of the tab text ("Notes" and/or "Setup Requirements") will turn red when content is entered below the tab.
2.You can simply type directly into the memo field in the tab, or if you want to add more sophisticated formatting, you can open the Word Processor and work on your document there.
3.The Notes and Setup Requirements for the resource item will be pulled into certain Reports by default. For example, Notes are pulled into the Event Confirmation, Event BEO and Daily Function Overview, while the Setup Requirements are pulled into the Event Setup and Staffing Report.
