•If a Setup Resource Item is only available in certain Locations, you can assign Applicable Venue Locations to the item so that it is not accidentally assigned to an Event Booked Location that it cannot be moved to. When adding setup resources to an Event Booked Location, you will be able to find the item when in applicable locations, but the item will not appear for non-applicable locations.
1.To add an Applicable Venue Location to the item, click the New button under the Applicable Venue Locations tab.
2.The Venue Location Setup Item edit form appears.
3.Venue Location: Select the applicable location from the drop-down list.
4.Setup Item: The item within which you are currently working will already be selected.
5.Use Resource Item Pricing:
a.Select this checkbox if you want the item to use the same Charge & Cost you set up earlier when added to this Applicable Location.
b.If you want to use a different Charge & Cost for this item when in the selected Location, unselect the checkbox and enter the relevant numbers under the Charge and/or Cost tabs.
6.When you are done, Save your changes, and return to the Setup Item's record. The Location will be added to the Setup Item's Applicable Venue Locations tab..
