An Event Template is a defined collection of event details, including tasks, letter templates, functions, and other elements related to attendees and exhibitors.
You can assign a default Event Template to Event Categories and Subcategories (see Use Event Templates with Categories).
The purposes of an Event Template is to save time, make event organization easier, and ensure important details aren't missed.
When you use an Event Template for an event, all of the pre-set details of the Event Template are automatically pulled into the Event, reducing the amount of manual data entry required.
