•The flexibility of EventPro's Beverage System allows you to organize the groups, configurations, categories and items in the way that works best for your food & beverage department, and you choose what level of detail you want to show in the beverage configurations.
•For example, you can break down your beverage configurations right down to Categories and Items, with each detail item having a different cost and charge. You may find this useful for more complex beverage arrangements with various options, add-ons, and prices.
•Alternatively, you can have simple beverage configurations that only contain a Description and main Cost/Charge, perhaps with additional explanation under Comments, if required. You don't need to add records under Categories & Items if you don't require a detailed breakdown of items within the configuration.
•It's totally up to you - you can organize beverages the way that best suits your event organization.
