Under EventPro Setup > Resources > Beverages, there are two sub-tabs: Items and Configurations.

The Beverages area is specifically intended for managing alcoholic beverages and related charges.  Non-alcoholic beverages can be managed under Catering.

The setup process for Beverages is similar to that for Catering. As with Catering, the Beverage setup process is a bit more complex than setting up Setup and Staffing.

oMultiple Levels: Beverage Setup is organized under multiple levels.

oFlexibility: EventPro's flexibility allows you to organize your Beverages in the way that works best for you.

oCustomizing Beverage per Event: While it's convenient to have beverages configured in setup, Beverage Configurations can be adjusted at the event level.
