1.Under the Setup Requirements tab, you can add any notes that are specific to the catering configuration's setup. Setup Requirement notes are typically used to communicate setup information to catering staff.
2.The Setup Requirements you add here will be the default Setup Requirements that appear in the Catering Configuration when it is added to an event, and those Setup Requirements will be visible on the Event Catering and Beverage report.
3.Just like the Comments, you can simply type directly into the memo field in the tab, or if you want to add more sophisticated formatting, you can open the Word Processor and work on your document there.
