1.Under the Comments tab, you can add any other important information about this Catering Configuration.
2.Comments can be used, for example, to explain additional items that are included with the meal. They can also be used to define simple catering configurations that don't contain categories and items.
3.These Comments will be the default notes that appear in the catering configuration when it is added to an event, and those notes will be visible on the Banquet Event Order and Event Catering and Beverage report.
4.You can simply type the Comments directly into the memo field, or if you want to add more sophisticated formatting, you can open the Word Processor and work on your document there.
