•A Catering Configuration can be a menu or a collective name for a set of related items.
•As noted in Overview of Catering Levels, Catering Configurations will be the highest level of catering that appear on reports like the Event BEO or Catering Sheet.
1.Start a New record or Edit a record under under Catering > Configurations.
2.The Setup Resource Catering Config edit form appears.
3.There are several different tabs and areas within the Setup Resource Catering Config edit form.
4.Work your way through those areas, following the instructions below:

g.Configuration (Categories & Items)
h.Comments
5.When you're done creating or editing the Catering Configuration, you can click Save and Close in the Setup Resource Catering Config edit form.
6.You could also click Save and New or Save and Clone if you're ready to start creating another Catering Configuration.
