•The flexibility of EventPro's Catering System allows you to organize the groups, configurations, categories and items in the way that works best for your catering department, and you can choose what level of detail you want to show.
•For example, you can break your catering configurations right down to Categories and Items, with each detail item having a different cost and charge. You may find this useful for more complex menus with various options, add-ons, and prices.
•However, it is not actually necessary to go to that level of detail if your catering department doesn't require it. You can set up straightforward catering configurations with just a Description and Cost/Charge (perhaps with additional explanation under Comments, if required). You don't need to add records under Categories & Items if you don't want a detailed breakdown of items within the configuration.
•It's totally up to you - you can organize catering the way that best suits your event organization.
