Change Attendee Status

As Event Attendees move through different stages – first contact, registration, payment, moving off a waiting list, accepting or declining an invitation, etc. – you will probably want to change their Statuses so you can easily monitor their progress at a glance.

The Attendee Statuses from which you can choose would have been defined earlier in EventPro Setup. Review EventPro Setup > Attendees > Attendee Statuses.

There are a few different ways of changing an Event Attendee's Status.

1.Multiple Attendees at Once:

a.View the Event's Attendees tab.

b.Holding down the Ctrl key, click to select the Attendees you want to change. To select all Attendees in the grid, press Ctrl + A.

c.Using the Change Status drop-down just above the Attendees grid, select the Status you want to apply to the multi-selected Attendees.

2.One Attendee Individually:

a.In the Event's Attendees tab, double-click the attendee record you want to edit.

b.The Event Attendee edit form opens.

c.You can select the attendee's new status from the Change Status drop-down in the top command ribbon, or from the Status drop-down under the Status/Type tab.

d.Click Save and Close to return to the Event Attendees selection grid.

3.Note that if you change the Attendee to a Cancelled status, the Attendee's Registrations may be deleted, as well, depending on the Remove Registrations When Cancelling setting in Attendee System Settings.
