You can multi-select Event Attendee Registration Group Functions under the Event's Function Registrations tab, and use the Recalculate command from the ribbon directly above the selection grid.

You can also open an individual Event Attendee Registration Group Function edit form, and access the Recalculate command in the top ribbon.

You can also Recalculate, Set Best Rates, and Update Rates for Event Attendee Registration Group Functions in the Edit Event window.
