EventPro Software User Manual

1.Typically, you would define Products for Accounts that are Suppliers, Exhibitors, or similar types of businesses.

2.If this Contact belongs to a Company, you may have already defined the Company Products.

3.However, if this Contact is an independent entity, or you want to define specific products for the Contact that may be different than those of the Company, you can do so under the Products tab.

4.Product Categories: From the Product Category 1 and/or Product Category 2 drop-down lists, select the category or categories that apply to this Contact.  

These Product Categories were created in setup, under EventPro Setup > CRM > Product Categories.

5.Product List:

a.To add a Product for this Contact, start a new record in the Product List selection grid under the Products tab.

b.The Product edit form appears.

c.Product Name: Type in the name of the product.

d.Product Categories: In the two selection grids below, you can link the Product to selected categories from Product Category 1 and Product Category 2, which were set up under EventPro Setup > CRM > Product Categories.  

e.Click Save and Close to return to the Contact edit form.

f.Continue adding as many Products as you require for this Contact.
