You can completely delete a Company or Contact - if you are absolutely certain you don't just want to set the record to Inactive.
There is no "Undo" once a record is deleted, so be certain you are deleting the correct record.
1.You can delete one Company or Contact, or delete multiple Company/Contact records at once.
2.To delete one Company or Contact record:
a.Find the record you want to delete.
b.You can double-click the Company/Contact record to open the edit form, or just select the Company/Contact in the selection grid.
c.If you are in the edit form, click the Delete button in the upper section of the window.
d.If you are in the selection grid, right-click the selected record and select Delete in the speed menu.
3.To delete multiple Company/Contact records:
a.Multi-select the records you want to delete by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on the relevant records. The selected records will be highlighted.
b.Click the Delete button in the ribbon above, or right-click one of the records and select the Delete option in the speed menu.
4.The Delete dialog appears, asking if you want to delete the selected record(s). If you are sure, click Yes to delete them.
5.If the Company or Contact is linked to other data in EventPro, you will not be able to delete the record.
An Error dialog will appear, informing you that it cannot perform the delete, as other data relies on the item.
