•Importing and exporting Dashboards can be particularly useful for off-site creation and troubleshooting of dashboards.
oA Support or Training Specialist can create a dashboard for you in their own EventPro application, export that dashboard, and send the file to you. You can then import the dashboard into your EventPro application.
oIf you are having an issue with a dashboard, you can export the dashboard, and send the file to your EventPro Support or Training Specialist, so that they can import and view the dashboard on their own computer.
1.To export or import a dashboard, go to the Dashboards > Dashboard Definitions area.
2.Export a Dashboard:
a.Select the dashboard record you want to export, and click the Export button.
b.In the Browse for Folder dialog, select the folder to which you want to export the dashboard file, and click OK.
3.Import a Dashboard:
a.Click the Import button.
b.In the Open dialog, select the dashboard file, and click Open.
c.The dashboard will be added to the Dashboard Definitions.
