•The Batch Email Assistant allows for email scheduling, whether sending individual or batch mail merge emails.
oThe scheduled emails can be sent out using the Assistant email account or an email account of the User creating email or mail merge batch.
•This current section is mainly intended to explain the settings that are unique to the Batch Email Assistant, but will refer back to the general instructions from Assistant Creation Overview when relevant.
1.Begin: Create a Virtual Assistant, ensuring that you select the Batch Email Assistant Item.
2.Schedule: Set the Assistant's schedule under the Assistant Schedule Tab.
3.Email Settings: Adjust the settings under the Assistant Settings Tab. Remember that these settings are specific to the Batch Email Assistant.
i.When you later schedule emails or mail merge batches, you can choose whether to send them from the current User's email account or the Virtual Assistant User's email account.
ii.If you set an Override Email Account here, it will be used in place of the Virtual Assistant User's email account, for emails scheduled to be sent using the Virtual Assistant User's email account.
iii.Any user email account defined as "Send/Receive" or "Send Only" that uses SMTP or Exchange can be selected as an override account.
4.Logs: You can later review the Assistant Logs Tab to see if the Assistant has been running successfully.
5.Finish: When you are done with the Assistant edit form, Save and Close the Assistant.
