You may have already set up your online EPConnect Area Definitions under EPConnect Setup.
However, under this Event Area Definitions tab, you have the option to create event-specific Area Definitions of the following types:
•New Registration
•Review Registration
•New Exhibitor Registration
•Review Exhibitor Registration
•Kiosk
These Event Area Definitions will only apply to the current event, allowing you to customize the online registration pages and form fields for each event.
You are not required to create event-specific Area Definitions. If you do not add an Event Area Definition of a certain type, the EPConnect website will simply use the applicable Area Definition from EPConnect Setup.
If you add an Event-specific Area Definition, it will override the Area Definition from EPConnect Setup.
