•Before you begin any quotes, ensure that you have defined the required Quote Statuses in EventPro Setup.
•See EventPro Setup > Events > Event Statuses, and in particular, note the three Quote Status Types: Quote, Quote Approved, and Quote Rejected. You will need one of each of these Quote Status Types to use EventPro's quoting process.
