•The Reload function is rarely used, typically only in two circumstances:
oThe pre-defined Reports need to be loaded into EventPro's Report Store. If there are no pre-defined reports in the database, clicking the Reload button will pull the pre-defined reports into the Report Store.
oSomething needs to be updated in a pre-defined Report. Typically, the software updates should take care of updating the reports, as well. However, if a Report is not functioning as expected, you can try clicking the Reload button to ensure that the pre-defined Reports are up-to-date.
•When you click the Reload button, the dialog warns you that the process make take a few minutes. If you wish to continue, click Yes.
The progress indicator will show that the reports are reloading, and will disappear when the process is done.
