•This option allows you to add multiple Setup Beverage Items to a Category simultaneously by copying items from an existing Beverage Configuration.
1.In the left selection grid of the Configuration Detail tab, select the Category to which you want to add items and click the Config Copy button 
above.
2.The Config Copy window appears.
3.All of your Setup Beverage Configurations will be in this window, grouped under their Configuration Groups and top-level Financial Subgroups.
a.Click the +/- (expand/collapse) toggles next to the headings to expand the Configuration Groups, Configurations, and Categories in order to view all Beverage Items.
b.To select multiple items, hold down the Ctrl key and click on the items you want.
c.When you have selected all the items you want to copy, click OK.
4.Back in the Setup Resource Beverage Configuration edit form, the selected items will be added to the configuration under the category you selected.
5.You can now Edit the Beverage Items individually if you want to make changes to their information.
