•This option allows you to add multiple Setup Catering Items to a Category simultaneously by copying items from an existing Catering Configuration.
1.In the left selection grid of the Configuration tab, select the Category to which you want to add items and click the Config Copy button above 
.
2.The Config Copy window appears.
3.All of your Catering Configurations will be in this window, grouped under their Configuration Groups and then the top-level Financial Subgroups.
a.Click the +/- (expand/collapse) toggles next to the headings to expand the Configuration Groups, Configurations, and Categories in order to view all Catering Items.
b.To select multiple items, hold down the Ctrl key and click on the items you want.
c.When you have selected all the items you want to copy, click OK.
4.Back in the Setup Resource Catering Configuration edit form, the selected items will be added to the configuration under the category you selected.
5.You can now Edit the Catering Items individually if you want to make changes to their information.
6.When you are done with the Configuration (Categories & Items) tab altogether, you can move on to the Comments tab of the Setup Resource Catering Config edit form.
