•The new Set Time Zones utility allows you to reset all time zone fields to the current User's Time Zone.
•CAUTION: Do not use this utility without first consulting your EventPro Trainer or EventPro Support for assistance!
•This function overwrites all Time Zone fields, even if they were deliberately selected. So, for example, if you had deliberately set different time zones for some events, those time zone fields will also be overwritten.
•This utility is really only intended for one-time use, typically after a database has been prepared for training and implementation. If different Users from different time zones were involved in creating the database and entering data, there can be an unintentional patchwork of time zones across the program. This utility is designed to be a one-time reset for time zones before you carry on with day-to-day activities. Once again, please consult with EventPro Training or Support before proceeding.
