•The Virtual Assistant Service "Status" field in Virtual Assistant Setup will display whether the service is Active, Inactive or Processing.
•In order to add or edit Assistants, the service must be Inactive.
Click Stop to stop the service from running. You will note that the New command becomes available when the service is stopped.
•To run the service again, click Start.
You will note that when the service is running, i.e. Active, you will not be able to access the New or Delete commands.
You can double-click an Assistant to view its details in a view-only form, but you will not be able to make any changes to an Assistant while the service is Active.
•To refresh the Status, click Refresh.
