1.After you have created your VirtualAssistant User, go to VirtualAssistant Setup under the Setup menu.
2.From the VirtualAssistant User drop-down, select the appropriate user. Remember, this drop-down will only display "System"-type Users.
3.Enter the VirtualAssistant User's Password, which you would have set earlier when creating the VirtualAssistant User Account.
4.Select a default Communication Method for the email notifications sent out by the VirtualAssistant.
a.The drop-down is populated with the Communication Methods from EventPro Setup > Communications > Communication Methods.
b.If you connect the VirtualAssistant User to a CRM Account, the notification emails sent from VirtualAssistant will be logged in the CRM Account's Communications tab using this default Communication Method.
5.It's a good idea to click Save now (in the top ribbon).
