1.Under the Event's Booked Locations tab, find the Booked Location for which you want to Auto Create Itinerary.
2.Double-click the Booked Location record to open the Event Location edit form. Go to the Itinerary tab.
3.In the top navigation ribbon of the Event Location edit form, click the Create Itinerary button.
4.A Setup Item, Teardown Item and Function will be added under the Itinerary tab of the Booked Location.
5.You can now edit and add to the Booked Location's Itinerary, if you like.
To add more Itinerary Items, and/or assign Functions to the existing itinerary, refer to Add Custom Itinerary.
6.When you are done working in the Event Location edit form, ensure that you Save your changes before closing the edit form.
