•The Update Lead & Options page displays some basic information about the Lead, which you can update before continuing with the conversion.
1.Update Lead: These are values you set when creating the Lead. You can edit them now to reflect the current situation, before converting the Lead.
a.Status: Select the Lead Status from the drop-down list. This list displays any Converted-type Lead Statuses created under EventPro Setup > CRM > Lead Statuses.
You need to change the Lead Status to Converted in order to proceed with the conversion wizard.
b.Source: Select the Lead Source from this drop-down list, which is populated by Lead Sources created under EventPro Setup > CRM > Lead Sources.
c.Rating: If applicable, choose a rating for this lead from the drop-down list.
d.Account Manager: Select the User who is designated the Account Manager for this lead. Users were created in Setup > Security > Users by a person with applicable security rights.
2.Options: Note that these options may already be selected, depending on the Remember Wizard Settings selections in your Security User settings. See the topic Options under Create New User.
a.Move Lead Communications: Select this checkbox if you want to move the Lead's Communications into the converted Account's record.
b.Move Lead Tasks: Select this checkbox if you want to move the Lead's Tasks into the converted Account's record.
c.Move Lead Documents: Select this checkbox if you want to move the Lead's Documents into the converted Account's record.
3.When you're done with this page, click Next. You will move to the Select Company page of the wizard.
