•When a Lead is ready to book an event, you will first convert the Lead into an Account.
1.Start by finding and opening the Opportunity you want to convert.
2.In the navigation ribbon above the opportunity, look for one of these two commands: Convert Lead and Create Booking.
a.If the Create Booking command is active and the Convert Lead command is disabled, it means that the Lead is already an Account in your CRM. Skip forward to Convert Opportunity to Event.
b.If the Convert Lead command is active and the Create Booking command is disabled, you need to convert the lead to an account before converting the opportunity.
3.Click the Convert Lead command in the top navigation ribbon.
