1.Under the company's Classification tab, you can select the categories under which this company fits so that you can later run informative reports about your clients and business associates.
2.You can also flag important information that users should see before interacting with the company.
3.Account Category 1, 2 and 3: Select the applicable categories for this company from the drop-down lists under Account Categories 1, 2 and/or 3.
You created these categories in setup under EventPro Setup > CRM > Account Categories.
4.Flagged: Select this Flagged checkbox if you want to attach a warning or other very important note to this company.
If you later book an event for a flagged Company, or otherwise include the Company in the Event Client & Contact Information page of the Event Creation Wizard, the Company will be highlighted red, and you will receive a warning of flagged Accounts before you can proceed with the booking wizard.
You can explain the reasoning for the flag in the Flagged Notes field below.
5.Flagged Notes: If you flagged this company by selecting the checkbox above, you can type explanatory notes into this field.
