In the Document Management area, you can create Letter Templates and Internal Documents, as well as Document Categories under which your Internal Documents are organized.
Note that Letter Templates and Internal Documents were previously managed under EventPro Setup / Communications, but have been moved to their own dedicated area for better organization.
