Under Document Management / Letter Templates, you can create Letter Templates for your various event management documents: Booking Confirmation, Inquiry Response, Catering Numbers, Contract Required, Deposit Required, Deposit Received, Invoice Attached, etc.

Using Letter Templates will save time and reduce errors, since users won't need to manually re-type the same documents over and over. All critical information will already be included in the template, but you still have the flexibility to add customized content to any communication.
Letter Templates are often used for Communications, particularly emails and printed letters. You can add merge fields to the letter template that will automatically pull in the relevant information for the recipient of the communication.
You can also use Letter Templates for various Notes areas in EventPro. If there is a standard set of notes you want recorded for Tasks, Contacts or Catering (among many other options), you can create Setup Letter Templates for those documents. When later recording notes for a Task/Contact/Catering Configuration/etc., you can load an existing letter template and edit the document as required, which faster and easier than typing the document from scratch every time.
