Under the Letter Template's Auto Attach Documents tab, you can select Internal Documents that will be automatically attached to the communication when you load this particular Letter Template. (Review Communication & Email Management / Prepare & Send an Email / Content.)
1.To attach an Internal Document under the Letter Template's Auto Attach Documents tab, click the Link button.
2.The Document selection window appears. These are the documents you have added to EventPro under Document Management / Internal Documents.
3.Select a document, or multi-select while holding down the Ctrl key. Click OK.

4.The document(s) will be added under the Auto Attach Documents tab.

5.To remove an auto-attach document from this Letter Template, select the document in the grid and click the Unlink button. The document will be removed from the Auto Attach Documents tab.

6.When you are done with the Letter Template, you can proceed to Save & Close.
