EventPro Software User Manual

1.When the communication is ready, click the Send to DocuSign button.

2.Once the communication has been sent, the edit form will not automatically close, as it would for a sent email.

Instead, you will notice that the communication edit form has changed:

a.In the top ribbon, there are Update DocuSign Documents and Void buttons.

b.A new DocuSign tab appears, displaying the attached documents and their current Statuses.

c.Under the Details tab, the communication's Status has changed from Draft to Sent.

3.When you are done viewing the communication, you can close the window. You will be able to return and check on the status of your DocuSign documents later.

4.To see what happens now from the recipient's point of view, go to Review Documents in DocuSign.
