Send DocuSign Documents from EventPro

Just a few preliminary notes before you begin the process of sending the DocuSign documents:

oWhen sending a DocuSign Communication, the communication must have at least one attachment that contains DocuSign fields, either a DocuSign-enabled Report or a DocuSign-enabled Letter Attachment.

As you will recall, DocuSign's electronic signature fields do not work in the body of the envelope message.

DocuSign fields must be in an attachment in order to convert to DocuSign electronic signatures.

oYou can include multiple reports and/or letter attachments in a DocuSign communication.  

Not all of the attachments need to be DocuSign-enabled.

As long as at least one attachment contains DocuSign fields, the DocuSign sending process will work.  

DocuSign will include all of the communication's attachments in one Document Envelope, which the recipient will be able to view through the DocuSign browser interface.
