•Ensure that the Linked To fields under Communication reflect where you want to store the communication.
•As when sending an email, these fields will auto-populate depending on where you start the communication. For example, if you start the communication from the Event's Communications tab, the Event and Account will already be filled in. Review Prepare & Send an Email.
•You can select different Linked To entities instead of the defaults, but take note that it will likely change where the communication is directed and stored.
•Next, you will select the recipient email addresses for this DocuSign communication. Go to Recipients below.
