•As with many processes in EventPro, there are multiple pathways to the same end result.
•We will look at the two common starting points for an email communication with an attached report:
oa Communications tab
oa Report Preview screen
a.You can start the DocuSign email from a Communications tab of your choice, as long as it has the DocuSign option.
b.Use the drop-down arrow next to the New button to start a DocuSign communication.
c.The Communication edit form opens. It looks similar to an email communication, but you will notice that it has a "Send to DocuSign" button, rather than the usual Send button.
2.From a Report Preview Screen:
a.In the Event screen, find the report that you want to send for approval. Ensure that the report is DocuSign Enabled. Run the report and view it in the Preview screen.
b.In the Report Preview screen, click the Export To DocuSign button.
c.The communication edit form opens, with the report already attached. You will note that a DocuSign communication has a "Send to DocuSign" button, rather than the usual Send button.
