•The Contact Tracing module helps you easily collect contact information from people entering your events and/or facilities.
•First, the Process Flow section describes the online process from the perspective an individual entering an event or venue.
•Then, there are two other steps to setting up the Contact Tracing functionality in EPConnect Setup:
oAdd the Area Definition to EPConnect.
oAdjust the Page Definitions, if needed. The Page Definitions will already contain default text and form fields.
•The contact information submitted by individuals will be automatically pulled in EventPro's Contact Tracing area. See CRM > Contact Tracing.
