If the online user must enter information in this Form Field before submitting the record online, select the Required checkbox.

In the online form, an asterisk will appear next to the field's caption, indicating that it is Required.

If the online user attempts to submit the form before entering information in a required field, a warning will appear, informing the user that the field is required.
The online user will not be able to continue with the wizard until the Required fields have been filled in.
